Shipments depart from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. All orders placed before 2 pm PST will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after 2 pm PST will be shipped on the next business day. We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes. Click here for more information

Just like you, we’d rather be out skating than dealing with a return. So we promise to make returns as painless as possible! You may return all new and unopened products, unless otherwise stated, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Used boards may be subject to a restocking fee.
