Shipping and Delivery
In these uncertain times we hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. We are still Open and Shipping all orders until further notice. All orders placed before 2pm PST will ship that same day Monday through Friday. Once your order ships you will receive a separate email with the tracking information for your package. You can check the status of your package with this tracking number through FedEx's website. All carriers are currently experiencing an increased in volume so delivery times could be delayed by a day or two.
If you do not receive an email from us with your tracking number please check your spam folder. If you continue to have issues please reach out to us for additional support.
US Domestic Shipping & Delivery
Free standard shipping for all full-priced boards and orders over $100! We also offer express shipping options if you're in a hurry. All orders will ship within 1 business day. Unless otherwise noted, all orders will ship via FedEx. Once your order has been shipped you will be sent an email with the tracking number for your shipment. Standard Shipping takes 4-5 business days while Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days. See the map below for Ground shipping times.
International Shipping & Delivery
All international orders will be shipped via FedEx. FedEx requires 2 extra days to process international orders. Once your order has been shipped you will automatically be sent an email notification with a tracking number for your shipment.
Please note that all international shipments are shipped DDU. The buyer is responsible for all importing duties/customs fees that may or may not occur for their specific country and region.
Shipments depart from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. All cleared orders placed before 2 pm PST will be shipped that day. All orders placed after 2 pm PST will be shipped on the next business day.
