Warranty Policy

All electric skateboards come with a 6 month conditional warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship starting from the date of shipment. We must ascertain whether the board has gone faulty due to defects in materials/workmanship or misuse/neglect. Any and all damage caused by depletion of consumable parts, abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs, neglect, water damage, or any other issue not caused by defects in materials and workmanship is not covered under the warranty. We may ask for photos and videos of any warranty claims prior to processing a repair, replacement or refund.

The company has 3 options for all valid warranty claims (1) repair the affected board with new parts or parts that are equivalent in performance and reliability, (2) exchange the affected board with a fully functioning equivalent board that is new or built from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent in performance and reliability; or (3) refund the original purchase price for the affected board.

For all US orders, warranty claims may require shipment of the affected board back to the company head quarters at the customers expense. All shipments back to the customer will be free of charge.

For all international orders, warranty claims may require shipment of the affected board back and forth to the company head quarters at the customers expense. If the board can be fixed remotely, the customer is also responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement components.
