Shipping & Delivery
Shipments depart from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. All cleared orders placed before 2 pm PST will be shipped that day. All orders placed after 2 pm PST will be shipped on the next business day.
If you do not receive an email from us with your tracking number please check your spam folder. If you continue to have issues please reach out to us for additional support.
We have seen a huge increase in demand and have run out of stock of some of our boards. We are working hard to get them back into stock as soon as possible. We will be running pre-orders for these boards once we have a better understanding of when we'll be able to ship them. Please note that all pre-orders will not ship until the estimated ship date at the earliest.
US Domestic Shipping & Delivery
Free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous states for all full-priced boards and orders over $100! We also offer express shipping options if you're in a hurry. All orders will ship within 1 business day. Unless otherwise noted, all orders will ship via FedEx. Once your order has been shipped you will be sent an email with the tracking number for your shipment. Standard Shipping takes 4-5 business days while Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days. International Shipping & Delivery
All international orders will be shipped via FedEx. FedEx requires 2 extra days to process international orders. Once your order has been shipped you will automatically be sent an email notification with a tracking number for your shipment.
Please note that all international shipments are shipped DDU. The buyer is responsible for all importing duties/customs fees that may or may not occur for their specific country and region.
