The pintail series is our modern take on a classic. Inspired by our SoCal surf roots in Carlsbad CA, these boards are made for cruising and carving.

The decks are made with a dark stained maple veneer with clean graphics and crisp lines. The wheels are big and soft which smooths out the ride under your feet. Instead of covering the deck with boring black grip tape, we used a clear sand grit finish to show off the top of the deck while still providing good traction.

Bold Design

We took these decks to the next level! Each deck is 40 inches long, 9.25 inches wide, with a wheelbase of 27 inches.

The styles are made with a beautiful dark stained maple veneer with clean surf graphics. We used a sand grit finish on top of the deck to show off the top ply of maple and included some cool top graphics.

We hope you turn as many heads as we have while testing these boards out on the streets of Carlsbad.

3 Different Shapes

Longboarding gets its roots from surfing. The pintail shape is an iconic surfboard shape that will last forever. We took some of the best pintail shapes and made them our own with the pintail series.

  • The Classic

    Feel the freedom to cruise and carve with The Classic. The graphics provide a clean look that should turn heads as you cruise by in style.

  • The Shallow

    The Swallow shape has swallowtail that is typically found on shorter boards. The design should inspire you to carve harder and shred up the road.

  • The Stinger

    It’s shape has stingers cut into the parameter which is typically found on boards designed for improved carving. This shape should inspire you to carve harder and more frequently.

Quality Components

We are using a high rebound urethane 78A formula for the wheels that is soft and grippy, turning a good ride into a great ride. You can carve and shred with these wheels and feel like you're in control the entire time.

The bearings are rated at ABEC 5 and provide a super smooth ride with plenty of speed. Take care of them and they'll last a long time!

The trucks are made from high strength aluminum and use the same urethane formula for the bushings. You'll really appreciate the feeling of carving with these trucks and bushings.

Q: Do I need to buy grip tape for the deck?

Nope! The board comes with a clear sandblast coating on the top of the deck which provides a super grippy stylish top.

Q: Is this a good board for downhill riding?

This board is designed for cruising and carving. You can certainly boom hills with it but our Carbon Fiber Downhill board is much better suited for that style of riding.

Q: What is the maximum weight rating for the board?

The board weights about 8 lbs.

Q: Do you get any wheel bite when making sharp turns?

Not at all. The deck is designed with wheel wells to prevent any potential wheel bite.

Q: What is the concave on the deck?

The deck has a subtle progressive concave which is super confortable under your feet while cruising and carving.

Q: How thick is the deck and how many plies does it have?

The deck is 11 mm thick and composed of 8 plies of hard maple.
