Just like you, we'd rather be out skating than dealing with a return. So here's the deal, we promise to make this as painless as possible so we can both move onto bigger and better things!

What can I return?

You may return all orders, unless otherwise stated, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All products returned must be in a new and unopened condition. Products must not be abused or damaged as determined by our sole discretion.

Items that are customized or personalized are not returnable/refundable including but not limited to customized longboards. Please be sure that your order/custom text is correct before placing your order.

What am I responsible for?

Our customer service team will send you a return shipping label. Return shipping costs back to our head quarters in Carlsbad California will be deducted. All products are subject to a restocking fee.

When will I get my refund?

After we send you the return label and once we receive your returned products, we will process and verify that everything is correct and as described within 5 business days. After we process your return we will send you an email confirmation. It may take 3-5 business days (up to 30 days for international cards) for your refund to post to your account and 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your statement.
