Just like you, we’d rather be out skating than dealing with a return. So we promise to make returns as painless as possible! You may return all new and unopened products, unless otherwise stated, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Used boards may be subject to a restocking fee. Our customer service team will send you a return shipping label. Return shipping costs back to our head quarters in Carlsbad California will be deducted. All products are subject to a restocking fee. Best First Scooter

If you're interested in getting an e-scooter and you're already considering the Skate-X Pro - this is the one to buy. It's as lightweight as they come for the power and range. I live in a walkup and need to carry it up and down stairs every day at my apartment and everyday at work and it's completely manageable. I never worry about running out of range on my 10 mile+ daily commute. And the speed is excellent. It's faster than many other scooters in its price range. AND it comes with far more premium features. The lights, the turn signals, the bespoke wooden deck - it's honestly a really nice piece of kit. I'm loving it. Maybe someday I will upgrade to something more high end - but for the forseable future the Skate-X Pro is my trusty daily.

Awesome!

I was a little worried because I can’t ride a skateboard anymore without almost falling ay my age, that would not be good. Your scooters are incredible. Totally stable brakes work great I’m very happy. Although I’m not gonna hook my dog up to my handlebars. Lol.

Has some style

looks great Wood platform is dope... Handles nice and very stable... Has good speed.... 175lbs 22mph Brakes are ok but could be better Rear brake isn't ideal for all riders.. Display is too bright at night for my preference not sure if settings allow to dim display lighting or headlight. The right handgrip came loose so I put Teflon tape on the threads... I don't like the thread on handgrips personally. I would prefer grip throttle over thumb throttle just preference as my thumb gets tired in that position.... It is recommended to charge outside for me this is not practical. I give 5 stars for this scooter. Great value and style. Has some room for improvement.. I may buy another
